JEANINE VAN SEENUS (MSc, MA)
I stand for Self-leadership, Conscious & Female Leadership, and building impactful Communities - convinced that, in today’s evolving systems, deeply reflected leadership is more essential than ever.
I serve as the Founder & Creative Force behind the Modern School of Life and as Director of the Female Leaders Global Community. I also work as a Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner, bringing senior-level experience shaped by years in public broadcasting, cultural production, corporate communication, and international women’s empowerment.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, holistic well-being, and systemic stewardship —with deep respect for personal & cultural contexts. I don’t just offer the bigger picture; I walk with leaders and communities as they integrate, transform, and embody lasting growth.
WHAT I BRING
➤ Female leadership—supporting women to lead like women, not like men.
➤ Global & local community growth
➤ IFS-based supervision for leaders across all sectors—women and men.
➤ A systemic lens shaped by neuroscience, cultural insight, and multigenerational awareness.
With an academic background in Psychology (MSc) and Communications (MA), I have trained extensively in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy - Level 3, IFS Institute USA as my main modality, alongside advanced certifications in:
➤ Trauma Recovery (IAOTRC certified)
➤ Multigenerational & Cultural Imprints (IFS)
➤ Neuro- & Somatic Care
➤ Brain-based & Regulation Strategies
My approach is trauma-informed, attuned to inherited and cultural imprints, while remaining forward-focused, integrative, and rooted in wholeness and inclusion.
