When it comes to transformation and personal and team growth processes, there is a gap between what Top Managers want and where and how people are, especially when connected digitally.

We talk about ownership culture, agile culture, servant leadership, self-organized learning, entrepreneurial spirit, the courage to take risks, and mindset shifts that need to happen within corporate cultures.

Fact is, people in companies are not there yet. “Goals & words stay empty, become buzz words, and we function in the same, old mindset, and forget to build on connection with ourselves and others.”

We assume that bravery, willingness to change, clarity, honesty, empathy, entrepreneurial spirit, taking the freedom to create is a given.
These processes not only require vast amounts of courage but above all inner work: Self-knowledge, self-reflection, self-control of reactive behavior patterns, self-awareness of breaking routines, and old autopilot programs as well as self-inquiry and mind research to make room for innovation, new mindsets, and further behavioral learning opportunities. Only then can next-level transformation happen.
